All administrators have the option to add or change production signals, and their quantities in Shift View. The main use case for this functionality is to fix missing quantities due to different problems.

New signals can be added only to a single stop reason or speed loss area.

When to use this feature?

  • Device power issues
  • Connectivity problems
  • Sensor misalignment
  • When there is a problem with the sensor and it registers less products than the actual production amount.
  • False product signals during changeovers.

How to add signals (product circles)?

  1. Click on a single downtime (red) or speed loss (yellow) area.

  2. Choose "Add signal" in the popover.
